Local environment setup #36

Hi there,

I'm trying to improve the README.md as part of #7 issue These are the steps I followed to setup my local environment

@jegutierrez Thanks for sharing the setup guide. I think Development Workflow is a more suitable place to share this. It would be wonderful if you can update the wiki and link it to the README. 😄

Thanks @kshitij10496, sound great, Just a noob question, how can I edit the wiki? I have cloned https://github.com/kshitij10496/hercules.wiki.git and try to push a branch but I seems not be the way 😅 Let me know which is the right procedure and I'm gonna make a new PR, Thanks

@jegutierrez You can directly edit using GitHub's browser editor by clicking the "Edit" button on the wiki page. Basically, you should be able to copy-paste most of the content directly over there. 😄
