Cleanup code per Rubocop and add to travis builds #18

@jlberglund @kshnurov if you feel strongly about a particular style, many of the cops are configurable and any can be disabled in .rubocop.yml if desired. So, basically, the .rubocop.yml + rubocop standard config is the style-guide for the gem.
