Remove id field from storage premiumSites array #16

Only in place for React key purposes, but I have discovered that a React key can be any string, and a better key for sites would be the url.

It may even be good to change premiumSites into an object with the urls as keys. But that should be a different issue. It would also be good to have profiling tools in place to show that it is beneficial.
