Currently the S/W does not provide any kind of error tracking or logging. Given the large amount of data, this is likely needed. For example for the 30Dor files, there are clearly problems within them that mean the statistics of the extensions are not being evaluated. It is not clear how corrupted these are. There should be some kind of tracking of errors the program finds that doesn't overwhelm everything.
