add missing dll to post build #45

this should be fixed by adding the file to post build: https://github.com/BadMonkeysTeam/Mandrill/issues/42

I also published a new version of the package: 2018.0.1

I think this was also related: https://github.com/BadMonkeysTeam/Mandrill/issues/26
