Can't figure out why i get an empty Window

Try this:

Tick Marks X is the number of tick marks that will appear along the X axis. Basically you want to match the number of data points (bars), unless you are doing a lot of tiny/densely packed bars then you would want something less than the count of the bars to make it readable.
