how to use in standalone Eclipse #21

The ReadMe does not detail how to install this plugin in eclipse, and it does not say how to use the plugin to add AAR files to a particular project.

For example, I came here hoping this project will help me add an AAR library to my current android project In Eclipse (not Andmore). but none of the instructions helps with that.
