Multi-Select Sites doesn't function

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check multi-select sites - 
2. Go to website with only one site that is blocked
3. Check Allow
4. Close - chrome does not reload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expect to see site allowed, but it isn't.  Works without Multi-select sites 
checked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3;  Win 8.1 Pro latest updates
Current Blocking Mode: Whitelist

I just found that if I hit "close" when multi-selected is in force it works OK. 
 In Not Script I could just click back on the page and it would work.  Just 
clicking back on the page works if Multi-select is not checked.
