Introduced BranchNamePrompt constant for generating branch names from commit messages.
Added prCmd to main() to handle opening pull requests.
Implemented openPullRequest function for creating a pull request URL and opening it in the browser.
Modified generateBranchNameFromCommitMessage to use BranchNamePrompt.
