Fix alignment of nearshore transects in makeTransects #34

Nearshore transects in the SCB to not align with the core transects, perhaps because they do not use the same starting location used after randomly setting the start location for the compulsory and adaptive lines.

Fixed a while back. Not sure exactly what I did, but it's fixed.
