Updates to estimateBiomass and other helper scripts for 2307RL #83

Fixed some issues with the various get_nav*.R scripts, which fetch data from ERDDAP. Now uses QA/QC flags to remove out-of-range or otherwise bad NAV data from the downloaded files, improving plots and other analyses that use these data. Incorporated changes into plotSurvey.
