Revised processSeine to be more generic for all surveys. Updates to related scripts. #91

Updates to processSeine.R. Now a functional script that uses updated settings to process all available seine data for subsequent plotting, regardless of the survey. Requires more effort on the input data to adhere to variable names in the script, but should standardize outputs for later processing. Must still revise the plotting code for 2023 and beyond. Updated CTD/UCTD processing in estimateBiomass.
