how to calclate the POS to compare other algorithm? #236

hi!I want to compare slingshot and other trajectory algorithm,such as monocle.. so is there any metric could be used and how to use?such as POS or kendall? Thanks!!!

Hi @handesome,

There are plenty of methods for doing this. I would suggest looking at the Slingshot paper or this very good overview paper to see how we and others have done it.
