support label created from your qupath-extension-sam to make prompt for qupath-extension-cellsparse in Batch annotation task #4

the great segment from SAM may be used to prompt for qupath-extension-cellsparse in Batch annotation task, but I donnot know which cellsparse used for prompt in cellsparse in Batch annotation

Hi @aiyou9, sorry for the late reply. The annotations you made with SAM and other manual/automated workflows in QuPath can be used to train all the cellsparse models. One thing you need to care about is that you assign the Foreground path class for foreground annotations and the Background path class for background annotations.
