Put URL in preferences and enable z and t #2

Hi @ksugar ,

I tried to put the URL in the settings and added support for z and t, as suggested in this topic: https://forum.image.sc/t/qupath-extension-segment-anything-model-sam

Hi @rharkes , thank you for your PR! I merge it to ksugar:dev. These changes will be available in the next release.
