Context

Similar to #23, we need the ability to use YAVSAP on other viral species. Now, to be courteous, we should research the genomes of several other viral species and add lists for them that users can call as presets.

Possible implementation

Some viral candidates include:

• Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV)
• Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2)
• African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV)
• Influenza Virus
• Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV)
• Bovine orthopneumovirus?
• Human immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)?
