在Android4.4.2上播放高清视频会非常卡 手机播没问题 #173

可以说是一卡一卡的 视频帧1920x1080的 播放起来会特别卡 小一些的没问题

已经解决了，麻烦了，解决方案是把视频的数据速率改完2993，之前是4553，改完之后就不卡了 很流畅 秒播
