RTMP seekTo #189

Video streaming doesnt work in seekto method for RTMP protocol. The video already saved in mp4 file. Video can be loaded but unable to go to different position for seekto.

We have already known this bug. And this bug will be fixed at next version.

@dirablue QA is work hard on this. We'll release the new version as soon as possible. KSYLive_Android contains KSYMediaPlayer and KSYStreamer
