FadeToggle and some minor things =) #9

• Added the fadeToggle effect • Reorganized some itens

I added too an event.preventDefault() to events such clicks, submits, etc.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to do the pull request. Since I had a number of other changes that I needed to commit and I couldn't pull in all of your commits (the selector one, in particular), I just went ahead and committed the fadeToggle snippet on my own.
