Sensor name does not make sense #214

The status in HA is reflected as sensor.status which makes things difficult. Would you be so kind as to change the name to sensor.nefit_status or something similar please?

As default I agree it would make a bit more sense. It is a breaking change though for those that haven’t changed the entity id themselve.

Maybe you could have the user configure a prefix in the config flow? If the default is empty, there is no breaking change.
