add pritunl vpn service to deployment model #11

100% tested and working vpn services added to deployment

So you are able to open up an openvpn connection to your deployed server? Cool!

ok all fixed a few typoes from a copy paste but its been successfully deployed twice once on vpn.test.dev and also on mail2.optimcloud.com i am using the vpn from vpn.test.dev right now

yupp now it just needs a simple web ui to take answers client data and charge them then spin up their complete turn-key VM

Well, with Wordpress and plain nginx, vpn, dns, and opencart support, I think this is a complete hosting solution now.
