JavaEE module mappings not taken into account correctly #16

WebSphere allows modules contained in a single application to be mapped to 
different targets (servers and clusters). The plug-in doesn't take this into 
account. It always adds all modules to all servers that have a mapping for at 
least one module (i.e. it only correctly supports the standard situation where 
all modules are mapped to the same target). This leads to resources that are 
marked as down.
