Review generated variable names #13

Variable generated (in the generated stylesheets as well as queries) are in no 
namespace.  The problem is they are in scope when the XPath expressions in 
the test suite are evaluated (for instance t:expect/@test).

Review those variable and put them all in a private (or local) namespace 
(except $t:result, of course).
