In xspec.sh: Tests are attempted even if creation of stylesheets failed #34

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create an *invalid* xspec file
2. run xspec

xspec should terminate if the creation of stylesheets failed.

The attached patch to xspec.sh fixes this.

Thanks for the patch, it's been integrated in revision 174.  Please update the 
status to "Verified" if that solves your problem.
