The .bat file that is provided assumes that you have an old version of oXygen
installed on Windows and that that has an old Saxon 9-B.
Below is an improved bat file, which will allow you to place the last Saxon 9-B
jar file in a lib/ sub-folder of an installed XSpec. If you then add XSpec's
bin to your Windows environment PATH. Then xspec will happily run from anywhere
without the dependency on Oxygen. If you want to give me commit access, I would
be happy to update the project to use Saxon HE.
