Please confirm hayabaya can run on a windows system #12

From the commandline, execute the assembled jar file with "$java -jar hayabayaV1RC.jar AMDA4 small 3" ad described in the readme. If the execution fails, please send bag the logfile from the ./audits/ folder, and the printed stacktrace.
