What size of array lengths, cycle numbers and repetitions would you like to have run on all the systems?

An example as per e-mail takes roughly 1hr 40 minutes to run. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/c91keo1b37h65e8/AACPxTaYL4bSseqlU2KlVX96a?dl=0

@ktakagaki I have made the loops nested with curly braces, I have simplified the gradle build file and hopefully also fixed the issue with the gradle wrapper. The gradle wrapper should enable anyone to run the gradle build system on windows and *nix even if they do not have Gradle installed.

I have also made the last modifications, so now you just call hayabaya with 1 argument, the name of the cpu, like this

$java -jar hayabayaV1-final.jar i7-3770k

I have removed the underscore "_" from the list of bad characters not allowed in an argument name. so it should be possible to run witha name like

$java -jar hayabayaV1-final AMDA4_Soren
