GitHub has failed to comply with my mail to their costumer service.
I don't think they ever would get it done, they must have lost my request somewhere in their system.
So I have deleted my repository on GitHub, made a new fork of yours. Cloned my fork locally, deleted the files in the fork and replaced them all with the ones from mine.
So there is only a single large commit with a snapshot of the files as there were last night. But now I am finally able to do Pull Requests again.
