Since your site name has spaces, it should be included on double quotes. If you run the command below, that should work. Let me know if you still run into issues.
./getzbfwlogs.py -S "AM615 Greensboro NC" -A any -R ALL -ST "2021-09-08T12:00:00Z" -ET "2020-09-115T09:00:00Z"
