Package and submit to Wordpress SVN repo on Github releases #1

When a new release is created here on Github, a CI build should package up the plugin (in the src directory) and submit it to Wordpress via SVN. This will probably be a fairly "dumb" process of syncing changes and creating a single SVN commit to reflect the release.
