Is it possible to hide a toolstack for a photo and add it to an another photo.?

I'm not sure what you mean by hide a toolstack, other than clicking the right arrow to hide the toolstack pane. That said, you can copy all, or selected tools, from an image, and paste it to any, or all, remaining images in the active folder, see below.
