Summary of changes:

Dependencies are updated
Remove usage of undefined self
Comment ByteTreeValue as it was throwing some errors on the usage of Sequence.
Add the latest library for invoking functions defined by verificatum specifications.

Yes, I will do that.

Deploy web app correctly via the scripts.

The script deployed the frontend using the source from GitHub repository. Since the repository is updated now, the frontend is deployed correctly. Hence, this is fixed.

Fix the old JS script to execute the WASM code.

I had some questions about it. Once they get resolved, I will open an issue for it.
