Cannot search for other users, transfer ownership #182

Trying to transfer bostadspriser apps from test@pierrelf.com to pierrelf@kth.se but I can't search for users.

Seems to be a backend issue, tracked at https://github.com/kthcloud/go-deploy/issues/415
