Add beta switch link in footer

It would be easier for users to switch between the beta and release pages if we had a link in the footer.

• In release (https://cloud.cbh.kth.se/) it should link to beta
• In beta (https://beta.app.cloud.cbh.kth.se/) it should link to release.
