Test GPU pipeline on secure cluster

current state 2023-08-07 entire pipeline is working with regular docker images

• pull repo
• build image
• run
• push results to repo in gitlab

issue was a docker image/driver version mismatch. Fixed by building a custom image hosted on the kthcloud registry
