These are some leftover changes I made back during SEPVAL (US) to push all the model results through, now merged with the latest changes upstream. The result is a pretty trivial set:
Automatically create a plot output directory alongside all the other output type directory. Remove the plotpath from the config since this will now be the standard place to find plots.
Add a zeroes filter for obs_flux, obs_dates, as is done for pred_flux, pred_dates. This was an issue blocking the validation of one of the SEPVAL model forecasts
Remove some debug output prints
Print poorly formatted timestamp when error is found, to assist with debugging. This came from the ADEPT json wierdness.
