Improved correlation plots #33

@rickyegeland Make the plots in plotting_tools.py > correlation_plot() better formatted. Change the axes to flux on a log scale and draw the line fit on top. Improve over the simplistic way the plot was originally done by taking the log of all the values.

I finally had some self-respect and made the correlation plots better. Only remaining problem may be an overflow of the x-axis tick labels. Rotation attempts didn't work for the problematic labels (only the non-problematic ones).
