Brought up because of the possibility that ASPECS predicted 0% probability for SEP but had False All Clear status. Not confirmed that this actually happened, but it may be worthwhile to have some kind of assessment of conflicting information within a forecast. Also, some kind of analysis of False Alarms. Other kinds of checks that probe model behavior...
