Reporting -- Implemented limit on length of Validation Info tables #70

The default limit on the number of entries in a Validation Info table (in both HTML and Markdown reports) is now 1000. This speeds up the SEPVAL report generation process from ~30 minutes to 2 minutes. Also, added timestamps to reporting-related log entries.
