Added more verbose validation reference section, that includes
more metrics and limits which sections are visible based
on the type of model that is being validated. For example,
a probability model that only has probability and all-clear
will only have the reference sheets for probability and
all-clear.
Reference Sections have been separated into the following classes:
All-clear
Flux (onset peak, max peak, fluence, time profile)
Time (Start, end, threshold crossing, peak time, duration)
Probability
Advance Warning Time
AWT also includes the image showing the different stages
pre-event to show the various time windows that are tested
in the AWT validation.
Also removed log calculation of the spearman correlation
coefficient.
