I cannot find Crucible4IDEA.zip with IDEA plug-in. Where is it?...

Hi andkirby, it's now available through jetbrains plugin repository and could be installed from IDE in Settings->Plugins->Browse Repositories->Code Review for IntelliJ IDEA
