I wonder if I could make a "consensus" sequence for an entire lineage (BA.1) of mutations that are shared between X% of sequences (ex. 0.95).
It would use the virus_properties.json from sc2rf/ncov.

I'm going to close this for now, in favor of substitution plotting in Issue #57.
