The contents of the written text/demo can be found in the readme.md of this PR. The sample HTTP API application can be found in Application.kt.

This is the first draft and any feedback on idioms or corrections would be appreciated from Ktor folks.

I'll go back and review this document with the new user interface and Ktor plugin. I believe my screenshots are out of date.
