Paragraph placeholder not selected #465

Steps to reproduce

Observed The paragraph placeholder ("Paragraph") is not selected, the caret is positioned at the "r".

Expected The paragraph placeholder ("Paragraph") should be selected, so that you can start writing (replacing the placeholder) right away.

Fixed in 1.9.2
