Wrong selection after inserting symbol

Steps to reproduce

• place the caret somewhere in a paragraph of text
• double-click the "Section" toolbox item to insert it into the document

Observed After insertion, the caret is positioned before the inserted symbol:

Expected After insertion, the selection should be positioned after the inserted symbol.
