PR to merge branch updatePlots into master

• Fixed issues:

  • fixed #16 (plots)
  • fixed #40 (violin plots, thanks to Torsten from RCUG)
  • fixed #50 (compression of plots)
  • fixed #51 (converted logn avg FC to log2)
  • close #52

• Fixed bug in function GenerateColours (colours were hard-coded by mistake)

• Updated header of the report (to contain links to our websites, remove Seurat since we acknowledge them directly on the GitHub page)

• Added parameter section at the end of the report
