Integrate additional data in sc object #77

Let us see which additional information we can add to the sc object:

marker genes and pathways split by cluster in misc
degs and pathways split by comparison
mito genes list
cell cycle lists
any user-provided gene list
parameters
sessionInfo
colours
high-expressed genes

Then we only have to save the sc object and scripts for further analyses just need to load this object.
