The message No encoding supplied: defaulting to UTF-8. occurs when we cite urls.

For example: 

knitcitations::citep("www.spiegel.de")
No encoding supplied: defaulting to UTF-8.
Loading required namespace: bibtex
[1] "(@derspiegel, 2021)"

There is an issue here: https://github.com/cboettig/knitcitations/issues/103 . However it does not look like there is an easy fix.
