Fix stadium names #4

Summary

Add full and English stadium names.

Add stadium model and reference in matches table
Add script to create stadiums and update references in match records
Remove stadium name columns from matches table once migration is complete

Additional changes

Fix stadium names in initial import data
Fix English team names in initial import data
Change Japanese comments to English
