common playback module won't install on apple tv2g #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to install hulu plugin from the repo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output is installed successfully, instead you receive an 
installation failed, hulu addon enabled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
most recent, apple tv2g

Please provide any additional information below.
i think that the problem is the common playback module not being installed 
correctly as it sits in the currently downloading add-ons area without any 
progress.
